The Wiku vision was born when a series of serendipitous events lead Gem into weeks of deep reflection, research and meditation in search of a solution for the seemingly unsolvable high level systemic problems of the world. A daring almost unimaginable plan began to coalesce. Following intuitive guidance she began to share these ideas... and the team began to form.

A registered nurse for 27 years, Dr. Chiarina Piazza has dedicated the past 13+ years to academia and nursing leadership positions. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UCLA, Master of Education from Cambridge College, and Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from USD. She is among the less than 1% of doctorally prepared nurses around the world.
Chiarina was born in the Philippines and moved to New Jersey at a young age. She is a proud minority leader among the highest level nurses in the United States.
Chiarina is currently is the Associate Dean, College of Nursing at an academic institution that produces 25% of California’s Bachelor’s prepared nursing graduates. With an aggregate 1,000 to 1,600+ nursing graduates testing each year from three California campuses, she delights in knowing that she has contributed to the much needed registered nurse workforce within the state.
One of her proudest accomplishments was her appointment to the Orange County Human Relations Commission as Commissioner 4th District. This experience highlighted the impact of an elite expert nurse on a Commission of the sixth largest county in the United States. She helped her fellow Commissioners see that the issues they tackled such as racism and discrimination ultimately affected health and the strength of the community. And the stirrings began.

Patch is an entrepeneur, business advisor, SME expert, coach and consultant who is passionate about educating and empowering business owners and leaders to build successful businesses. She believes that great businesses have a positive impact on our communities and society.

For the last 10 years, Patch has worked with hundreds of companies from a broad range of industries such as: construction, recruitment, legal, accounting, marketing, real estate, architects, early childhood, IT services & not for profits.

Born into a family of business owners, you might say Patch's passion for entrepreneurship is in her genes! From a humble burger and pizza bar run by her parents, bar/restaurants run by her father and uncle, to her grandfather who founded a textiles manufacturing factory over 60 years ago... that is still a family run business today - with over 400 staff, exporting globally.

Patch's extensive knowledge and passion for the positive impact of business on society is an asset to every team and client she works with.
Dr Chris Gilchrist

Known as "The Body Whisperer" Dr Chris Gilchrist is a Senior Chiropractor, Level 2 Accredited Advanced Bio-structural Correction practitioner and Lightworker. He believes in working with the body's natural tendencies to allow deep-seated and life-changing possibilities to shift, within body and mind.

Chris is passionate about creating transformational change for clients. His joy and satisfaction is facilitating the healing of acute and chronic issues while bringing the body back into balance.

Chris has spoken on stage internationally about his intuitive approach to excellence in Chiropractic.
Chris lives his life with health, family and alignment first. He runs his clinic and lives with his wife, Karli, and two sons Teddy and Alfie, in the suburbs of Sydney.

Arliss Dudley-Cash

Known as "The Ideas Queen", Arliss is an outside the box thinker. As a business coach she guides entrepreneurs to bring mindfulness to their business practices while providing practical business advice and coaching.
Arliss enjoys anything that brings fun, laughter, authenticity, and love into her life. Her mission is to create a gentler world by first living as an example of being gentle to self and then assisting others in becoming gentle within.
Arliss has an MBA from the University of the People, a Masters Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Iowa, and an Inner MBA from Sounds True University. Before starting her coaching business, she held positions in business management, taught science at the University of California Merced, and served as a Deputy Coroner.
